Show held in Outdoor Courtyard of Univ. of Chicago's Hyde Park Shopping Center. The Courtyard provides a wonderful setting for the show with benches, trees, flowers, tables and even a fountain. A popular destination to socialize and attend events as well as to shop and it provides a great ambiance for the show. Among other stores/shops, there is a French Bakery and French Restaurant located in the outdoor courtyard. Walgreen's and Treasure Island also in the center. (Treasure Island is where University of Chicago/Hyde Park customers shop plus many who come from far and near.) We have found customers very enthusiastic about the show as well as very knowledgeable. Show requested by members who exhibited here in the past & found customers to be very suportive of work created by the exhibitor.
 
After the downtown Museum Camps Hyde Park has the largest concentration of cultural institutions in the City with a great cultural diversity as it is heavily patronized by professors, personnel & others from the University of Chicago plus Hyde Park Residents & many more who come from far beyond. Courtyard has security gates which close at midnight and open early in the morning (subject to change). Your display may be left overnight at your own risk. Unloading/loading is convenient & there is a large lot on the premises for free parking. Both center & customers support a quality show. Show widely publicized as well as advertised.
 
Please Note: all spaces located on concrete/brick - i.e., all are on a hard surface - weights only - no stakes
 
E ntry Fees:- Non-Members :
 
10'x10' space - $190 (xtra 1/2 space $90 if available)(some double spaces may be available - double fee)
 
   5'x10' space - $150  (xtra 1/2 space - $75) (some double spaces may be available - double fee)
 
Entry fees include current City of Chicago itinerant merchant license fee - 2015.
 
Directions: You can exit Lake Shore Drive  at 53rd  & go to Lake Park & 53rd - turn south on 53rd - You will come to entrance of Hyde Park Shopping Center - Note that Walgreen's and Treasure Island are both prominently located there. Entrance to Courtyard is located in the bend of this L- shaped center
